Call for review volunteers and chairpersons
In preparation for our Annual event we are in search of reviewers to evaluate the extended abstracts that have been submitted. Although the Technical Programme Committee has final responsibility for selecting the extended abstracts and creating the programme, abstract evaluations from reviewers are essential to assure the success and quality of the Technical Programme.
We are therefore inviting anyone who is interested in reviewing to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We would appreciate it if you would include a short CV as well. Further information about the reviewing process will be sent to you via email.
In addition we are also looking for colleagues who are interested in reviewing abstracts for the Student Programme. If you are interested in reviewing abstracts for the Student Programme, please also send an email to the aforementioned email address and mention in the subject line that it concerns the Student Programme. If you are interested in reviewing for both the regular and student programme, please indicate so.
We are also looking for chairmen for both the Technical Programme and the Student Programme. Should you be interested in chairing a session during our Annual Conference in Madrid, please kindly inform us by sending an email to email@example.com, again including a short CV.
Please note that both for a reviewer and a chairman, experience or a MSc/PhD degree is preferred.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation,
EAGE Technical Programme Team
