Following the successful conference held in Toulouse (France) in 1999, this event will review the latest developments and applications of Geostatistics in the petroleum industry.
Integration of well logs, seismic and production data are expected to be important subjects, together with the use of Geostatistics for quantifying in-place and recoverable reserves. Discussions are also expected on the relationships between Geostatistics and topics such as Inverse Problems, Bayesain Techniques and Image Analysis.
