All members' rates are only applicable if the membership dues for 2009 have been paid (EAGE before 15 March 2009).
1To qualify for the reduced registration fee, a copy of your student identification card for a geoscience institute must be submitted together with the registration form.
2The non-member fee includes EAGE membership for the remainder of 2009.
3Please note that the EAGE reserves the right to cancel the workshop or fieldtrip(s) due to low participation. In this case, payment will be refunded in full.

How to register
Pre-registration is not possible any more, as the deadline is passed. Registrations sent to the business office by fax and/or mail will not be processed any more! Only on-site registration in Dublin is possible.

No registration forms will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment.
We request that collective remittances are accompanied by a list of names and membership numbers, if applicable.

Payments in Roubles.
Payments can be made in roubles, please select the payment option "Bank transfer Regional Office Moscow" in the online registration form.
Please allow us a few days in order to process your registration. Our Moscow office will contact you regarding the (Roubles) payment details as soon as the registration is processed.

Due to postal or bank delays, registration by mail will not be accepted after 1 September 2009.

After receipt of registration and payment, delegates will receive a confirmation letter, which should be exchanged on-site for a badge and vouchers!

Conference evening

Should you be interested in buying (additional) conference evening tickets, please contact our registration department at vouchers@eage.org.
The costs are € 105 in the pre registration and € 135 onsite.

Cancellation and changes policy
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
  • Cancellation received before 15 July 2009: full refund (after the conference) minus an administration fee of € 35 per person. Non-members please note: membership fee included in the conference fee will not be refunded; membership will remain active.
  • Cancellation received on or after 15 July 2009: no refund will be made.
  • Transfer of your registration to another name will cost € 35 administration fee.
