If you have forgotten your login name you can also use your membershipnumber instead. If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. Select Reset password in the login screen and submit your preferred email address
2. Use the link you will find in the email that will be send to you, this will generate your new password which will be shown to you on the screen. Store this password in a secure location for future reference and you are done,
   ... Or use it to change your password into something you can remember, follow step 3
3. Login to the EAGE website using your new password
4. After login in, select My EAGE, Login details, fill in your own password in the Login password section and Submit

You are done now and should be able to access your account.
