The 74th EAGE Conference & Exhibition incorporating SPE EUROPEC 2012, is the largest and most comprehensive geoscience event in the world. The five-day programme consists in a large conference and a technical exhibition. Over 6,000 geoscientists worldwide will visit the exhibition for the latest developments in geophysics, geology and reservoir/petroleum engineering. It will be held from Monday 4 June through Thursday 7 June 2012, at Bella Center Copenhagen, Denmark. Approximately 330 exhibitors will occupy over 8,500 square metres net exhibition space.

Space allocation

Up to 15 September 2011, space is allocated according to the Point Priority System. The company with the highest number of points can make the first booth selection on the floor plan. One point is issued for every:
- 9 m² exhibition space booked and paid for
- € 1.000 spend on sponsoring
- € 1.000 spend on advertising
Contracts received before 15 September 2011 will be handled according to the Point Priority System. Contracts received on or after 15 September 2011 will be handled on a first come, first served (space available) basis. Points for the Point Priority System are no longer valid after 15 September 2011 for space allocation for Copenhagen 2012.
Please note that points will only be used for annual exhibitions. Points can be earned at all EAGE events. The point priority list for Copenhagen 2012 has been determined; points which will be earned after determination of the list will be taken into account for the annual in 2013 and future annuals. By determination of the list the last 5 years are applicable.
