EAGE offers a wide variety of options to participate in the exhibition. In this way exhibitors can choose the option that best meets their needs and budget.
Please find information below on the different options;

Space allocation
The company with the highest number of points can make the first booth selection on the floorplan. One point is issued for every:
- 9 m² exhibition space booked and paid for
- € 1.000 spend on sponsoring
- € 1.000 spend on advertising
Contracts received before 15 September 2011 will be handled according to the Point Priority System. Contracts received on or after 15 September 2011 will be handled on a first come, first served (space available) basis. Points for the Point Priority System are no longer valid after 15 September 2011 for space allocation for Copenhagen 2012.
Please note that points will only be used for annual exhibitions. Points can be earned at all EAGE events. The point priority list for Copenhagen 2012 has been determined; points which will be earned after determination of the list will be taken into account for the annual in 2013 and future annuals. By determination of the list the last 5 years are applicable.

1 Space only top of the page

The space only option offers you a unique chance to create and build your own stand. Please note when booking this service, no booth package, electricity or cleaning is included. All services can be booked separately; this information will be provided in the online exhibition manual (available from December 2011). Space only is available with a minimum of 9 m².

Rental rates are in Euros (€) per m² and exclude VAT.

2 Booth packagetop of the page

If you do not wish to build your own stand, the booth package is an excellent choices EAGE will then take care of the basic needs, such as wall panels, electricity and carpeting. Booth packages are available from 9 m².

Rental rates are in euros (€) per m² and exclude VAT.

The booth package includes:

White-walled panels (height 250 cm) with aluminium frames Mains connection, including a socket outlet One spotlight per 3 m² Normal electricity consumption A fascia with name board, including regular lettering in black, in a standard style on the open sides of the booth Carpet (choice of colours) Booth cleaning, incl. emptying of rubbish bins

Please note that furniture is not included in the booth package and can be ordered separately. All information will be provided in the online exhibition manual.

3 University promotiontop of the page

For universities there will be a special facility for promoting their activities. University booths will be placed together in a dedicated area. A university booth includes a standard booth package.

Rental rates are in euros (€) per m² and exclude VAT.

Contract will be handled on a first come, first served (space available) basis.

4 Job Centretop of the page

For the past decade there has been increasing concern expressed in the Oil and Gas industry about the growing demand for E&P (technical) personnel. The Job Centre is one of the ways EAGE wishes to contribute to these recruitment challenges and it will be organized for the sixth time. With 6,000 geoscientists and engineers expected to visit, what better place is there for recruiters, students and professionals to meet and do business?

Rental rates are in euros (€) per m² and exclude VAT.

5 Consultancy Areatop of the page

The Consultancy Area was successfully launched at the 71^st EAGE Conference & Exhibition incorporating SPE EUROPEC 2009 in Amsterdam. It is recognition of consultants as an important group in the EAGE membership. The Consultancy Area offers consultants a good opportunity to have an own exclusive area where they can meet clients and present their services to a wide target audience. A Consultancy Area booth is available from a minimum of 2 m². The Consultancy Area booth includes the standard booth package.

Rental rates are in euros (€) per m² and exclude VAT.

Contract will be handled on a first come, first served (space available) basis.

6 Special exhibit itemstop of the page

Make the most out of your participation. Stand out by displaying large special items, such as vehicles and/or machines. EAGE will create a special area where you can display your products. Please contact us at exhibition@eage.org for more information and prices.
